TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE AND SYSTEMS

The following Terms of Use are based on the principles of RN SPORTS / RN INSCRIPTIONS AND LOJARNSPORTS and represent the terms of service that govern our relationship with Users. 

About Us

RN SPORTS is a digital platform that offers an innovative system for registering, selling and managing tickets and e-commerce for sports products and digital products such as photos and videos, offering the best experience for users and event organizers.

If you do not agree with the terms described here, please contact us so that we can learn about your dissatisfaction and re-evaluate our Terms of Use. Furthermore, in case of disagreement, we recommend that you do not register on our platform or use any of our services. 

It is important to note that RN Sports is not part of the organization of all events shown here. The activity developed by us, for events of which we are not the organizers, concerns only the accreditation, purchase/sale of tickets and access control. 

Use of services

To use RN Sports services, you will need to create an account on our platform. Learn more by accessing our Privacy Policy . 

It is only allowed to register on our platform, people in full conditions of exercising the acts of civil life or those who are incapable only through their legal representatives. 

By creating an account you agree to provide true, complete and up-to-date information about yourself. 

If we have reasons that indicate that any information registered is not true, we will have the right to suspend or terminate your account, as well as refuse to provide any of our services. 

Any error, delay, loss or damage caused due to the registration of incorrect, incomplete or outdated information is your sole responsibility. 

username and password

When registering on our platform, you will create an access password. This password is for personal use and non-transferable. 

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and password data created upon registration.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for all activities that occur under your account and you undertake to notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. 

RN Sports will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to or use of your account;

Your obligations

By purchasing any of our services, you agree to:

1. Enter correct, complete and updated data. Otherwise, the purchase may be invalidated and you, if you wish, will have to make a new purchase, subject to the conditions and availability of tickets/registrations/products at that second moment;

2. Pay the amounts charged on the credit card bill, if this is the chosen payment method; 

3. Pay the total and full amount of the ticket or PIX and pay it until the due date, if you choose this payment method. After the payment deadline, the ticket is no longer valid for purchase and the ticket/registration will no longer be reserved for you; 

4. Purchase tickets/registrations only through platforms owned by RN Sports or at authorized points of sale. RN Sports is not responsible and does not attest to the veracity or reliability of tickets/registrations purchased via third parties, other sites or any unauthorized point of sale;

5. Provide all information and documents that are requested, if any validation of the purchase by RN Sports or the payment processor is required;

6. If you have purchased tickets/registrations using a credit card, have an ID document with a photo of the cardholder or the card used in the purchase at the entrance of the event;

7. Promoting the security of the ticket from the moment it is in your possession, not disclosing it or allowing third parties access to it in any way;

8. Bear the fee eventually charged by the payment processor for the purpose of withdrawing the credit resulting from the chargeback in the event of cancellation of the purchase; and

9. Release RN Sports from any responsibility for the holding of events for which tickets/registrations were purchased. RN Sports is not the organizer of all the events described herein. For events where other organizers are responsible, we only provide the platform for them to sell their tickets/registrations and manage their participants. The responsible organizer information can be seen in the event information on the event page, available on our website. 

Admission / Enrollment

After payment confirmation, your credentials to join the contracted event will be available in your account. 

To gain access to the ticket, simply log into your account through our website.

Tickets/registrations may also be sent in electronic format (PDF) to the email address indicated by you when registering. As well as being available on our app.

In addition to the delivery methods described above, tickets can be picked up at the race entrance, at a place indicated by the Organizer. 

Payment 

RN Sports does not promote any act of payment and receipt of values. The transfer of amounts and payment processing related to ticket sales/registrations is carried out by an external platform, contracted by RN Sports.

Canceling and refunding transactions

It is the responsibility of the Organizer to communicate to users its own cancellation policy, which must be compatible with the maximum refund period allowed by the Consumer Protection Code and to request, when deemed necessary, the cancellation of the transaction through the tools present on the platform or by entering contact the organizer or RN Sports call center;

Image rights

For all legal purposes, you authorize Rn Spors to use your image, videos and photographs, without any type of restriction and remuneration. 

Account Deletion

Rn Sports, in its sole discretion, may cancel your account and remove any and/or all content created by you through the platform, at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, if we find that you have violated these Terms of Use. Use.

Limitation of Liability

RN Sports does not produce or organize all the events shown here. Events sold through our platform are made available by Organizers who use the services offered by RN Sports to sell their own tickets/registrations and manage their participants;

We do not participate in the production of events whose tickets/registrations are sold through our platform and we are not responsible, under any circumstances, for any losses and damages related to the purchase of tickets/registrations and participation in events that use our services when we are not the organizers;

RN Sports will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for any losses and damages related to the use of our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or temporarily discontinue the services we provide.

International Transfer

The data collected may be transferred internationally to ensure international legal cooperation between countries or to meet the legitimate interests of RN Sports, the Organizer and your own interest, always respecting the rights of Data Subjects and the appropriate level of security, compatible with the present contract.

General Provisions

RN Sports is not responsible for any damage or loss from sending information or advertising content that has not been triggered by RN Sports itself;

The Terms of Use do not generate any exclusivity right, unless the parties enter into a written agreement to that effect, as well as any other right or obligation other than those expressly provided for herein;

The eventual tolerance regarding any violation of the terms and conditions contained in this domain will be considered mere liberality and will not be interpreted as novation, revocable precedent, waiver of rights, tacit alteration of the contractual terms, acquired right or contractual alteration;

Communication with RN Sports must be carried out through the indicated service channels and made available on our platforms.

Forum

The parties elect the Forum of the domicile of the headquarters of RN Sports as the competent one to settle any pending issues arising from this instrument, waiving any, however privileged it may be.

Consent

By using our platform, you agree to the Terms of Use contained in this document.

third party consent

If you are carrying out this contract on behalf of another person, you guarantee, for your full civil and criminal liability, that you have the free, specific, informed and explicit consent of the person you are representing; 

In this case, if you do not have the consent of the represented, you should not continue with the contract.
